Through a series of circumstances during Christmas shopping, I got to enjoy a quiet couple of hours with my son at a local coffee shop. He was contented with coloring while eating grapes.  I was contented with drawing in my sketchbook with a cup of hot chocolate.  Few moments are this memorable.

My favorite part?  Upon completing the sketch, I asked Nate what he thought.

“That’s great Daddy.  Just right,” he responded.

I cannot imagine higher praise.
